Our Context
A governance gap that no one was solving
Custoris Digital is the governance intelligence division of Custoris Ltd, a UK health and social care company based in Coventry.
UK adult social care providers face an escalating compliance burden. The CQC Single Assessment Framework demands continuous evidence across 34 quality statements. Most providers still rely on spreadsheets, paper files, and disconnected systems — not because they want to, but because no platform had been built that understood the real workflow of a CQC inspection.
IGCA was designed from direct operational practice in CQC-regulated environments. Every rule in the competency engine, every evidence template in EAL, and every data mapping in DataBridge reflects how CQC inspectors actually assess providers — not how they say they do on paper.

Senior Software Engineer, JPMorganChase (UK). 6 years building cloud-native Python/Django applications at enterprise scale. Previously GitStart (YC S19) and Astronomer (Apache Airflow platform). Leads IGCA architecture, DataBridge ETL, and GCP/Kubernetes infrastructure.
